
Paul has been with LTK since 1994 and has spent more than 40 years working in all capacities of railroad and transit signaling.
He has experience with interlockings, grade crossings and various types of train control design for both relay and microprocessor type circuitry. Prior to joining LTK, Paul spent 18 years working for the Illinois Central Railroad. He began his career as a draftsman and then worked in the field along with the signal maintenance department as a signalman where he repaired relays, switch machines and CTC equipment. He worked as a signal maintainer at hump yards, interlockings, and main line track. He also worked 11 years as a signal designer, developing field construction drawings and surveying and coordinating with the departments of transportation for several states regarding highway grade crossings, wayside signals and interlocking design, projects.
Paul attended South Suburban College in Illinois and is an AREMA and Midwest Signal Engineer member. He is an avid golfer and sports fan.
