Pamela has been with LTK since 1998. She has over two decades of experience in rail transportation with a focus on rail vehicle program support encompassing both engineering and managerial duties. Pamela has supported a number of rail programs covering rapid transit, commuter rail and high-speed trains both domestic and international.
Her portfolio of projects includes Amtrak’s Acela High-Speed Trainsets and Locomotives, New Jersey Transit’s ALP-46 locomotives and Comet V cars, and Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority’s (MARTA) CQ310 and CQ311 Rail Car Rehabilitation. Currently, she is assisting MARTA in managing the life cycle asset reliability enhancement program, rail capital improvement programs, and the new rail car procurement program where she serves as Project Manager.
Pamela is a graduate of Temple University and Drexel University and is a member of Leadership APTA Class of 2018.
