Vice President, Southwest

Mike, who has been with LTK since 1994, leads the firm’s Optimization Practice. He became the Vice President of the Southwest region in 2020 and, prior to that, was the Vice President of the South Central region for six years.

He is an Aerospace Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in the management, design, testing, and commissioning of transportation programs. Mike has experience in numerous modes of rail transportation, including light rail, streetcar, heavy rail, subway, commuter rail, and high-speed rail, and many systems elements, including vehicles, traction power, overhead contact systems, signals, communications, fare collection, and positive train control.

Mike has also worked in the aerospace industry, supporting both commercial and military projects, and in the bus industry, supporting numerous alternative fuel efforts.

A graduate of Texas A&M University, he is an avid endurance runner and classic car rebuilder.
