Lloyd has been with LTK since 2008, providing successful project management throughout the Northwest Region.
He has 27 years of experience in rail operation, design, and construction oversight. He also has extensive knowledge of all aspects of rail operations, including vehicle procurement and maintenance, right-of-way construction and maintenance of all system elements.
Prior to joining LTK, Lloyd spent 17 years at the Regional Transportation District in Denver where he served as Assistant General Manager from 1996-2008.
Lloyd enjoys spending time with his wife Victoria of 35 years, kids, grandkids, photography, and participating in sporting clays competitions.
