John joined LTK in 2014 and became lead of the practice area in 2016.
He is a seasoned financial executive who has served in a number of leadership roles during his 30-year career at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA). John is a nationally recognized expert in transit payment systems; excels at ridership development, change management, strategic planning, and is an excellent facilitator of diverse audiences.
He directly supports large-scale revenue system renewal projects ranging from Washington, DC to Edmonton, Alberta, and Buffalo, NY. He also supports fare policy studies in Cleveland, Detroit, Delaware, and Rhode Island. John’s capstone role at SEPTA was chief architect, project director and executive sponsor of the successfully launched SEPTA Key, an account-based, open payment approach for transportation in the Philadelphia region.
John has a Master of Business Administration degree from Widener University and enjoys family, travel and the arts.
