Erika has been with LTK since 2017 and has managed the Denver office since 2020. With over 20 years of experience in project management and controls, she is leading the expansion of portfolio and project controls firm-wide.
Prior to 2017, Erika spent nearly 10 years at the Regional Transportation District in Denver where she served as Project Controls Manager for several large-scale capital projects in the FasTracks Program, including the I-225 Rail Line and Southeast Rail Extension. She also served as Cost Engineer on the West Rail Line. She was involved in all aspects of project controls including, planning and scheduling, cost control, estimating, risk management, document control from inception through completion and closeout.
Erika enjoys spending time with her husband of 18 years and their two children. She also likes spending time outdoors, traveling, camping, landscaping, and doing home improvement projects.
