The Senior Software Engineer should be proficient in one or more high level languages (VB, C++, C#, Java) and have experience with configuration management tools (SourceSafe, Subversion or equivalent). The Senior Software Engineer will also work to document, at both technical and functional levels, existing and newly-developed software applications.

The position requires a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in software development. Experience with rail operating concepts, train performance calculators, rail network simulators and/or traction power models is highly desirable.
